Belt furnace for brazing and annealing of stainless steel

MAHLER Belt Furnaces in horizontal design (h) with heat resistant steel muffle are suitable for brazing and annealing of a lot of high alloyed steels and other materials with liability of oxidation. Usually these processes are done in protective atmosphere of forming gas or pure hydrogen.

MAHLER Conveyor Belt Furnaces in hump back design (hb) with heat resistant steel muffle are suitable for brazing and annealing of high alloyed materials with strong requirements concerning atmosphere purity.

  • useful width up to 1.300 mm (h) and up to 1.000 mm (hb)
  • throughput height up to 150 mm (h) and up to 500 mm (hb)
  • length of the heating zone up to 10.000 mm
  • heating electrically or with gas
  • atmosphere with exogas or hydrogen/nitrogen mixtures
  • temperatures 500 - 1150°C
  • process control
  • anneal
  • brazing
