High Temperature Sintering Furnace
MAHLER High Temperature Sintering Furnace for Sintering of PM parts in protective atmosphere up to 1300°C. The Roller hearth furnace can be operated with pure hydrogen and achieves high throughput capacities despite of compact dimensions.
Conveyor Belt Sintering Furnace
MAHLER Belt Furnace for Sintering of PM- parts under an atmosphere of endogas or hydrogen/nitrogen. By using the MAHLER rapid dewaxing zone it is possible to save up to 50% of the energy demand. The ceramic muffle inside the sintering zone guarantees low maintenance costs.
Mild Steel Applications
MAHLER Belt Furnace for brazing and annealing of mild steel parts under exogas atmosphere. Due to the integrated protective gas generation inside the furnace MAHLER exogas furnaces belong to the most economic heat treatment plants available on the market.
Stainless Steel App. : horizontal design
MAHLER Belt Furnaces with heat resistant steel muffle are suitable for brazing and annealing of a lot of high alloyed steels and other materials with liability of oxidation. Usually these processes are done in protective atmosphere of forming gas or pure hydrogen.
For almost 60 years MAHLER Industrial Furnaces has been a synonym for innovative furnace systems in outstanding quality and so MAHLER became one of the market leaders in the field of continuous furnaces. The range of products reaches nowadays from standard belt furnaces with 150 - 1300 mm belt width to highly specialized roller hearth furnaces and bogie hearth furnaces. Pure hydrogen atmospheres up to 1300°C are possible as well as throughput capacities of about 2,500 kg/hour.More
